A front reinforcement has been added to increase rigidity between the flat bar and the main body, providing improved structural support during heavy-duty operation. Additionally, the redesigned frame section now extends fully to the top plate. This modification reduces operational resistance, decreases load impact on the fifth wheel, and minimizes unwanted vibration transmitted through the trailer structure, effectively reducing overall stress on the system. The flush-mounted body configuration also helps prevent excessive load transfer toward the top plate, contributing to improved structural integrity and enhanced long-term performance.
