If we determine that your item is not marketable as listed or that your item has been sold, we reserve the right to delete ads after four months.

To register a complaint, please contact TruckerToTrucker using any of the methods listed on the contact page. Give details of complaint including any relevant information such as dates, times etc. We will respond to all complaints within five business days. When a compaint is registered concerning a buyer or a seller, each will be investigated and termination of accounts will be determined soley by Trucker To Trucker.
Every effort will be made to resolve complaints within as short a time as possible. Actual time will depend on nature of complaint and co-operation of third party, if applicable. You will be kept informed of progress throughout the process. Most complaints are resolved within 14 days.
